RSPCA STOLE MY DOGS AND THE JUSTICE SYSTEM HELPED THEM DO IT
It all started at the end of November 2018 when a card was left at my gate by the RSPCA. I replied to the card immediately and spoke to Inspector Heidi Cleaver, who told me that my neighbour had phoned in saying one of my cats had a runny eye.
Not knowing what the RSPCA were like I invited her up for an afternoon visit. During that telephone conversation I told Heidi that I bred chihuahuas, Heidi sounded excited and said ‘chihuahuas are the most popular breed in the charity’ and then asked would I be kind enough to donate some to them. I was a little shocked at this, alarmed that the RSPCA work in this way even and I told her my dogs were precious to me and no way could I ever place them into a sanctuary.
Despite my initial horror at her suggestion, we arranged a date to suit us both for her to visit and when she arrived she sat in her van for sometime, I watched from the window, she was acting a little odd, her movements appeared as if she was placing a microphone under her clothing.
I showed her around my property and when she saw my chihuahuas she remarked ‘This is exactly what we are needing, they will be in and straight back out’!. Again I said to her, you couldn’t put the likes of these into a charity, they are all quarantined here.
After a little while, Heidi Cleaver said to me, ‘if I was to help them she would help me with veterinary fees, wormers ,vaccines ect’
Again I refused, Heidi sat down and said she had came with an empty van and expected to take at least 10 dogs away with her. She said she wouldn’t leave until she got what she wanted. It was at this point that I felt harassed, Heidi’s whole demeanour had changed and I felt that she had become menacing and threatening towards myself.
At random, panicking and my head all over the place, I picked up 9 Chihuahuas,1 British Bulldog and a Xbreed.
She told me she would ask when she got back to base if RSPCA would pay for a health check for my elderly pony, Amy. She also said she would like to get in touch sometime in the following year to see how my Chihuahuas were getting rehomed.
Heidi Cleaver and her colleague, Cath Maddison, bundled the dogs into the van and I heard Heidi Cleaver say to Cath Maddison ‘that was a very rewarding afternoon’ as she closed the van door.
The following day the phone rang, it was Heidi Cleaver, to say she was delighted with the dogs and permission had been granted to send a vet out to see Amy my elderly pony.
Amy died due to old age just before Xmas 2018, the promised vet had never arrived.
It was discovered at a later date, through a written witness statement, that no permission had been given for any vet to attend, what had actually been said by Heidi Cleavers superiors was ‘it is up to the owner of the animal to pay for a vet’
I questioned and questioned Heidi Cleaver regarding the dogs she had gotten from myself, she lied and lied until we had a complete breakdown and she told me, my British Bulldog had ended up at a sanctuary in Hexham.
We traced this up by phoning an RSPCA charity shop in Hexham and found out the Bulldog was in kennels outside Hexham. I was angry, frustrated, distraught by all of this.
I rang Heidi Cleaver and asked why she had been lying again, at this point she said the dog no longer belonged to me and therefore I could ask no further questions.
Things went quiet, but not for long and a few weeks later Heidi Cleaver rang me saying she was going to get a private vet out to see my animals, she was going to microchip, worm, vaccinate and neuter all of my dogs, of which there were 100.
I told her I did not believe her and wanted something in writing before she would ever be allowed in my property again. She told me she couldn’t do that and RSPCA wouldn’t put anything in writing either.
A few days later Heidi rang again and left a message on my answering machine, saying she would be calling on a certain date with a vet to do the work she had spoke about.
I phoned her back saying the date wasn’t convenient and I didn’t trust her.
However on the date she had stated, when I arrived home from shopping, there she was parked outside my home with a vet. Again I told them until i received something in writing they would not be getting into my property.
YOUR PROPERTY SHOULD BE YOUR SAFE HAVEN AND YOU SHOULDN'T ALLOW ANYONE INTO IT IF YOU DONT FEEL SAFE.
They eventually left.
Not too long after I started to get “friendly” calls from Chief Inspector Michele Charlton, begging me to help them by handing over my chihuahuas.
I believe it was on the 3rd or 4th phone call, which was Thursday before May bank holiday, Michelle Charlton threatened me, saying if I didn’t give them what they wanted SHE was going to make my life hell.
Though Chief Inspector Charlton had told me she was delighted with the dogs I had handed over to Heidi Cleaver and she wanted more, she had never been to my property or seen the rest of my dogs.
YET IT WAS MICHELLE CHARLTON WHO HAD PHONED P.C. BAKER AND ASKED THE POLICE TO SWEAR A WARRANT, P.C. BAKER DIDNT THINK IT WAS NECESSARY TO CALL AND SEE ME OR MY DOGS BEFORE DOING THIS, HE JUST ACCEPTED THE RSPCA’S WORD AS TRUTH.
THE WARRANT HAD BEEN GRANTED A MONTH BEFORE EXECUTION.
On the 8th of May 2019 the RSPCA arrived at my door with P.C. Baker to execute the warrant.
I agreed to bring 10 dogs into the house at a time for Jacqui Paterson to health check them, however that didn’t happen as 4 police officers brought me to the ground and arrested me, which also meant I was unable to witness her health checking my dogs.
Because I knew the RSPCA incentive was to steal my dogs I put up a fight to protect them.
When I finally arrived back home they had ransacked my home taking everyone of my dogs, 2 cats and my tortoises, they had even stolen my vivarium and all electric equipment that went with it.
My bow legged Bulldog Nadia, was put to sleep on the 19th May by Jacqui Paterson, just eleven days after they had taken her.
Chief Inspector Michele Charlton had phoned me that day saying she had a chest infection, regrettably I gave permission to put her to sleep. We later discovered It was in fact suspected parvovirus. More of my once healthy quarantined little dogs were fighting for their lives, as more of them started to contract and die from disease including parvovirus, whilst in the RSPCA care. They covered this up in court and despite our evidence Judge Steven Earl swept it under the carpet.
Jacqui Paterson was questioned in court by my solicitor Paul Blanchard, as to if she had fractured my elderly chihuahuas jaws when extracting teeth, Jacqui Paterson ADMITTED SHE HAD. Paterson also claimed to have not taken any photographs on the day the warrant was executed in May 2019, however I hold evidence to disprove this but again the judge was not interested and the only photographs shown in court by her were taken after the dogs had become unwell in the care of the RSPCA.
Photographic evidence was shown of freshly filled water bowls around my property and a running hose pipe. Yet Judge Earls report said the dogs had no drinking water.
Although I had 100 dogs on my property not one flea nor one dog dropping could be found.
Judge Steven Earl, made me out to be a liar, hate all people and an animal abuser.
Shame on him I hope he can sleep at night.
IN THE LOWER COURT I WASNT ALLOWED TO DEFEND MYSELF ,ONLY ALLOWED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ,,, NO MORE.
This whole system is corrupt and needs urgent investigation.
